Early Decision (Binding)

Round 1
- Nov 15, 2025: Application must be received by the Office of Admissions
- Dec 1, 2025: Application file must be complete with all required documents
- Dec 31, 2025: Decisions will be sent
Round 2
- Jan 7, 2026: Application must be received by the Office of Admissions
- Jan 15, 2026: Application file must be complete with all required documents
- Jan 31, 2026: Decisions will be sent

Regular Decision

Mar 1, 2026: Application must be received by the Office of Admissions
Mar 15, 2026: Application file must be complete with all required documents
May 1, 2026: All decisions on completed files will be sent, though you may receive a decision much earlier since decisions are sent on a rolling basis beginning in December

1L/2L Year Applications

Penn Law Students may also apply to the JD/MBA Program during their 1L/2L Year
These applicants follow the same deadlines as noted above
If you are admitted to the 4-year program in your 1L year at the Law School, you can matriculate at Wharton in your 2nd year or 3rd year
If you are admitted to the 4-year program in your 2L year at the Law School, you must matriculate at Wharton in your 3rd year
Graduation requirements are the same for the 4-year program except for the summer program
Please note that the 4-year JD/MBA is only available to students who have already matriculated at Wharton OR Penn Carey Law and wish to add a degree at the other school
